Bangalore was once a city of orchards. Lalbagh and Cubbon Park are reminders of a canopy that fed entire households a generation ago. As the city densified, we lost the gardens — and with them, the daily contact with food.
We realised the barrier to growing your own food wasn't lack of desire — it was friction. Designing a permaculture guild is complex. Sourcing healthy plants is a gamble. Knowing when to water or identifying a pest is intimidating for a first-time grower.
So we built an entirely new infrastructure. We took the expertise of master agronomists and embedded it into an AI. We bypassed the slow postal system and built a network of Dark Nurseries — urban micro-farms that deliver living, healthy plants to your door in 30 minutes. We combined physical retail with live YouTube shopping.
We eliminated every point of friction. Now, it's just you and the harvest.
Our Journey
From seed to Super-App
The Seed Germinates
Research phase begins. We audit every plant e-commerce platform in India — Ugaoo, Urvann, NurseryLive — and identify a massive gap: nobody is combining AI agronomy with rapid delivery and live commerce.
Dark Nursery Network
We build our first Dark Nursery in Jayanagar, Bangalore — a climate-controlled urban farm designed for 30-minute Q-Commerce delivery. Two more follow in Chennai and Kochi.
The Super-App Launches
The full platform goes live: AI BioDesigner, PhytoGuard Vision Diagnostics, YouTube Live Commerce, Mall Pop-Up Kiosks, and 500+ plant species — all unified into one seamless experience.
