Do I have to be a member to buy?

No. Anyone can buy plants, planters, tools and seeds from the store. Membership adds member pricing, the plant-care services and the club surfaces on top of that.

You can start with a ₹1 30-day trial, which exists to verify you are a real person rather than to make money.

What can I actually buy right now?

Three things are live and shipping today:

Live plants — indoor plants, succulents, fruit trees and air-purifying species, from our own nursery.
Planters, beds and tools — teak and rosewood raised beds, self-watering pots, hydroponic towers, hand tools.
Seeds and spices — heirloom seeds and single-origin spices.

Is 30-minute delivery available?

Not yet. It needs neighbourhood dark stores, and none are open. When one opens near you it will show on delivery zones — until then nothing is sold on a 30-minute promise.

Everything else ships normally — see shipping & delivery.

Can I get the weekly organic box?

Not yet. The box is harvested to order from partner farms rather than picked and stored, and those harvests are not running. We are not taking box subscriptions we cannot fill.

What happens if my plant dies?

Every living plant carries a 14-day survival guarantee. If it dies within 14 days of delivery, we make it right — full detail in returns & guarantees.

If it is struggling rather than dead, scan it with PhytoGuard first. Most arrive recoverable.

Can someone come and look after my plants?

Yes. A trained gardener will visit your home for ₹599 per visit — pruning, soil care, repotting and a proper clean-up. Pick a date and slot, pay online, and the visit is confirmed.

You can change or cancel free up to 6 hours before the slot. Book a gardener.

Can I talk to an actual agronomist?

Yes — a video consult with a certified club agronomist, who can read your PhytoGuard scan, prescribe treatment, and escalate to a site visit if your garden needs one.

Our agronomists publish their calendars a few days ahead, and there are no open times at the moment. Check the consult page for the next release — and in the meantime, a PhytoGuard scan answers most plant questions straight away.

What is Build Your Own Farm?

We design and install a working food forest in your space — balcony, terrace, backyard, community plot or farm plot. You answer a short quiz about your site and get ranked, buildable models rather than a generic catalogue.

It starts with a paid site survey, which is credited against the install if you go ahead, and every install carries a 90-day establishment guarantee. Start the quiz.

Is my payment secure?

Payments run through Razorpay. Your card details never reach our servers, and no order or booking is ever marked paid on the strength of what the browser reports — the payment is verified server-side before anything is confirmed.

If a payment is taken but the order does not appear, you get a reference and a person to talk to. That case is handled explicitly rather than left to you to notice.

Can I sell what I grow?

Member storefronts are built but not open — no storefronts are trading yet. The intent is that members sell their own surplus produce, propagated plants and saved seeds to their neighbourhood, with a platform fee waived entirely if you take payout in Plant Coins.

Where do you deliver?

Courier items reach most serviceable PIN codes in India. Live plants go only where our own nursery transit reaches, because plants do not survive long unattended courier legs. Check yours on delivery zones.
