Raised beds, pots, hydroponic towers, garden tools and SmartFarm hardware ship by standard courier and typically arrive in 2–5 days, depending on your city.

Large items — elevated beds, tall towers — travel as freight and may take longer to the same address. You will see the expected window on the product page for your PIN code before you pay.

Plants leave our own nursery rather than a third-party warehouse, and they move in careful transit: potted upright, braced, and packed so that soil stays in the pot and foliage is not crushed.

Plants are dispatched by plant health, not by queue position. If a specimen is not fit to travel on the day your order is picked, we hold it and send one that is — we would rather be a day late than send you a plant that arrives struggling.

Orders move through four stages, and the status updates as it happens rather than on a schedule:

Courier-delivered items reach most serviceable PIN codes in India. Live plants are limited to the cities our own nursery transit reaches, because a plant on a multi-day unattended courier leg does not arrive in a state we are willing to stand behind.
